Oh, I remember hearing about that show back when it was coming out. It wasn't much on my radar since I didn't have access to Cartoon Network at the time, but I remember hearing good things about it.

Gosh, half of the shows I watched when I was much younger that I "wish these things had" are a lot of hindsight or different understandings because of the culture than vs now. Sole exception is the 90s anime Escaflowne, which I would kill for a few more breather scenes. Imagine twenty-six episodes not being enough to tell a one-season story in.
